A responsive order-management portal that simplified escrow workflows for agents, officers, and sales teams from submission through close.
DomaClose was a web portal for Escrow Officers, Real Estate Agents, and Sales Representatives managing orders through the full lifecycle from submission to close. I contributed as part of a collaborative engineering team, working across feature tickets and participating in the design of shared components.
The portal served a large internal user base across three distinct personas, each with legally enforced data visibility rules. Escrow officers, real estate agents, and sales representatives saw meaningfully different views of the same orders, with the UI adapting to what each role was permitted to see and act on.
Key functionality included sortable and filterable order lists, detailed order timelines, task tracking, and document upload within each order context. Authentication was handled through Microsoft SSO.
The responsive interface supported mobile, tablet, and desktop usage, making order management accessible both in-office and in the field.
